This website does not currently have an on-site data collection form. If you contact us by email to request a sample chapter or ask about licensing, we receive whatever information you choose to include in that email — typically your name, email address, company name, the audiobook title(s) you're interested in, and your estimated number of user licenses.

2. How We Use Information

We use the information you send us to respond to your enquiry, send a free sample chapter, and scope and propose a licensing agreement. We do not sell your personal information.

3. Third-Party Service Providers

Enquiries submitted through this site are sent directly to our email inbox via your own email client; we do not currently use a third-party form-processing service. We may use standard business tools (such as email, calendaring, and licensing/invoicing software) to follow up on your enquiry and manage an active license.

4. Cookies & Tracking

This website does not currently use advertising cookies or third-party tracking pixels.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We may share information with service providers who help us operate our business, or if required to do so by law.

6. Data Retention

We retain email correspondence and licensing records for as long as necessary to respond to your enquiry and, if we proceed with a license together, for the duration of that license and as required for legitimate business or legal purposes thereafter (e.g., invoicing history).

Categories of personal information collected (in the past 12 months), per the categories defined by the CCPA: identifiers (name, email address) and commercial information you provide by email (company name, title(s) of interest, license quantity). We collect this directly from you.

9. Children's Privacy

Our website and products are intended for business use and are not directed to individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
